Moran Defends Home Turf
with Muskingum County Triumph! Ricky Thornton Jr. came from fifth to finish second as he trailed Moran by 3.185 seconds at the finish. Max Blair was third followed by Jonathan Davenport and Matt Cosner. The stats will show that Moran led all 60 laps, but three different drivers took their best shot at him during the race with Tim McCreadie, Tyler Carpenter, and Thornton all holding the runner-up spot at some point. | full results

emerged victorious earlier tonight at Muskingum County Speedway
to pocket $2,000 for the Super Late Model win! Todd beat fifth-starting
Tyler Carpenter, Tripp Gerrald, Steve Prince, and Ron Hall. Other
winners on the Schools Out for the Summer weekly show at MCS tonight
were Nathon Loney (Open Wheel Modifieds), Kyle Zimmerman (RUSH 604
Crate Late Models), Jake Bowman (Mod Lites), and Christopher Wise

16, 2025) Officials with Muskingum County Speedway in Zanesville,
Ohio and the Valvoline American Late Model Iron-Man Series fueled
by VP have reached an agreed to sanction the Inaugural Ronnie Moran
Memorial on Saturday May 31 as a non-points racing event.

26, 2025) Third-starting Bryce Lucius captured the $4,000
top prize earlier tonight in the 2025 season lid lifter at Muskingum
County Speedway in Zanesville, Ohio! Bryce beat AJ Flick, Tim Shaffer,
Michael Bauer, Cole Duncan to the checkered flag in the 30-lap FAST
on Dirt 410 Sprint Car headliner. Other winners on the evening included
Clint Keenan (Super Late Models), Anthony Kinkade (RUSH 604 Crate
Late Models), Jess Hartman (Open Wheel Modifieds), Colton St. John
(4-Cylinders), and Jimmy Smith (Mod Lites).

5, 2024) Todd Brennan, from nearby Zanesville, Ohio, captured
another checkered flag at Muskingum County Speedway during the season
finale earlier this evening! Todd, who started from the pole position,
beat Kyle Moore, Larry Bellman, Anthony Kinkade, and Doug Dodd to
the checkered flag to secure the $2,000 payday during the Race or
Treat program. Other winners on the night included Lincoln Smith
(RUSH 604 Crate Late Models), Brad Golf (Open Wheel Modifieds),
Chris Dyer (4-Cylinders), Carson Hubbard (Mod-Lites), and Chris

14, 2024) Devin Moran, of Dresden, Ohio captured his fourth
career 'Jim Dunn Memorial' title on Saturday evening, September
14 at the nearby Muskingum County Speedway in Zanesville, Ohio!
Devin stopped the clock second quickest in XR Super Series qualifying
prior to securing a heat race triumph. After starting the 40-lap
main event from the outside of the front row, Devin took the lead
from Ryan Gustin on the sixth circuit and led the rest of the way
to pocket the $15,000 first place prize money. He beat Bobby Pierce,
Tyler Carpenter, Drake Troutman, and Tripp Gerrald to the checkers

6, 2024) Hometown driver Devin Moran thrilled the capacity
crowd on Saturday night at Muskingum County Speedway - leading all
the way to win the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series-sanctioned Freedom
60 worth $20,000. Moran’s win was his fourth of the Lucas
Oil Late Model Dirt Series season, but his first series win since
2013 at the track promoted by his father, Hall-of-Famer Donnie Moran

13, 2024) The ever-popular Ohio Sprint Speedweek rolled
into Muskingum County Speedway tonight and great racing action took
place at the Zanesville, Ohio oval! Danny Sams, of North Port, Florida,
became the first repeat winner on the tour in an absolute barnburner
of a FAST on Dirt feature to bag the $5,000 first place prize money
over runner-up Cap Henry, Cale Thomas, Travis Philo, and Zane DeVault.
There were a total of 35 410 Sprint Cars on the ground tonight at
MCS for round seven of Ohio Sprint Speedweek!

1, 2024) Anthony Kinkade, of Zanesville, Ohio, recorded
the win on Saturday night at Muskingum County Speedway to not only
pick up the $2,000 payday in the Super Late Model division, but
the victory also assured him a coveting starting spot in the upcoming
'Freedom 60' by virtue of the STAKT Challenge! Anthony, who started
seventh on the grid in the 25-lap feature, beat twenty-first starting
Clint Keenan, Todd Brennan, Kye Blight, and Colten Burdette to the
checkered flag. Thanks to STAKT, Anthony is guaranteed to be a starter
in our upcoming Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series race, which will
shell out a $20,000 top prize on Saturday, July 6.

18, 2024) A special School's Out Night was held at Muskingum
County Speedway on Saturday, May 18 and six racing divisions thrilled
the large grandstand crowd. Todd Brennan picked up a $2,000 payday
in his #20 Super Late Model over a top five that included runner-up
Tanner McLoughlin, Corey Conley, Doug Dodd, and Anthony Kinkade.
The 305 Sprint Cars were also on hand at the Zanesville, Ohio oval
and seventh-starting Chris Miller grabbed the checkers over runner-up
Jaylynn Montgomery, James Brown, Jay Helton, and Chase Baker. (Stephen

27, 2024) Bradner, Ohio's Nate Dussel won the 2022 Ti22
Performance Inc. FAST On Dirt series title. On Saturday, he returned
to his old stomping grounds, to prove he was still a contender with
the touring drivers. With help from Fausey Farms, Industrial Movers,
S&S Hauling, NuFarm, VRF Specialties, Berrier Fabrication and
Kistler Engines, he was able to park it in victory lane at Muskingum
County Speedway.
